LIFE OF A SONG: The Art of (Re)Writing — this Saturday!

Erica Kudisch, Dogboy & Justine’s composer and lyricist as well as its co-producer, will be participating in a public master-class with composer Anna K. Jacobs and lyricist Bill Nelson on Saturday, March 9, 2013. (This event was originally scheduled for February 9th, but was postponed due to a massive snowstorm).

Nelson and Jacobs will discuss and share excerpts from their musical-in-progress, Harmony, Kansas and provide artistic insight for the composers selected to present their pieces. This event offers a rare backstage view of what it takes to write a musical. Erica will present several of her compositions during the master-class, including some from Dogboy & Justine.
